Adippadai Agro Foods (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is founded and promoted by Dr. K. Parameswaran, a senior horticulture scientist with over 40 years of experience in vegetable production and processing. The company owns and operates its own farms and a dedicated processing unit to ensure high-quality agricultural products.

2. Product Quality and Safety

All our vegetable powders and related food products are sourced directly from our farms or trusted suppliers across India. We ensure products are processed under hygienic and certified conditions. Product quality is tested and verified by our team of specialists in food and agriculture before packaging and delivery.

3. Use of Products

Our vegetable powders are intended for culinary, nutritional, or commercial food processing use only. Customers are responsible for using the products as per recommended guidelines. Adippadai Agro Foods is not liable for any misuse of the products beyond their intended purpose.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through official communication channels or via authorized distributors. Full payment must be made before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are packed and shipped using standard food-grade materials. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability. Delays due to logistics, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are not the liability of the company.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted for products damaged during delivery or if there is a quality issue reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after verification. No returns accepted for opened or used products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product packaging, and branding under Adippadai Agro Foods are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adippadai Agro Foods shall not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Liability is limited strictly to the replacement of defective products or refund as per policy.
