At Adippadai Agro Foods (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best quality vegetable powders and agricultural products. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In case of urgent issues, please contact our support team, and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases: You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product. The product is missing from the shipment and payment was completed in full. The product has serious quality issues verified by our internal team.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances: If the product is used, opened, or tampered with after delivery. If the return/refund request is made after 48 hours of delivery. If cancellation is requested after shipment confirmation. Products returned without original packaging and proof of purchase.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return: Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Share the Order ID, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. After review, we will approve or reject the return request. If approved, the product must be returned in original condition within 7 days.
5. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
