At Adippadai Agro Foods (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we aim to make your purchasing experience smooth, secure, and reliable. This Payment Methods Policy outlines the accepted payment options and related terms for buying our vegetable powders and other products.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options: UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) Net Banking (All major Indian banks) Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro) Bank Transfers / NEFT / RTGS Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available only for selected orders and regions) Wallet Payments (where supported)
2. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. For bank transfers, please share the payment reference ID or screenshot with our team to confirm and process your order.
3. Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store any sensitive card or UPI details on our servers. Adippadai Agro Foods is committed to protecting your financial information and follows strict security protocols.
4. GST Invoicing
All transactions are issued with a GST invoice upon successful payment. Please ensure your billing details and GST number (if applicable) are correctly provided at the time of order.
5. Payment Disputes
If you notice an incorrect charge or payment error, please notify us immediately. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 3–5 working days.
6. Late or Failed Payments
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment is received. In the case of failed payments, please retry or contact our support team for assistance.
