At Adippadai Agro Foods (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery and shipping of our vegetable powders and other food products.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India, covering most major cities and towns. For bulk or export orders, please contact our team for custom delivery arrangements and timelines.

2. Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location: Metro Cities: 3–5 business days Other Locations: 5–8 business days Remote/Rural Areas: May take up to 10 business days

3. Delivery Charges

Standard shipping charges apply based on order weight and delivery location. Free delivery may be applicable on specific products or promotional offers (terms apply). Any additional delivery cost (if applicable) will be shown during checkout or communicated before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent via SMS/Email. You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link.

5.Packaging and Handling

All products are packed using food-grade, moisture-proof, and tamper-evident packaging. We take special care to maintain product freshness and quality during transportation.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or logistical issues beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure timely updates.

7. Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the product due to incorrect address or unavailability, they will attempt two more re-deliveries. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution—either replacement or refund, as per our policy.
